JIT Recruit extracts text from each CV and scores it against your role criteria using AI. Each criterion receives a score (0–100), an overall match score is calculated, and the candidate is classified as Shortlisted (80+), Pending (60–79), or Low Match (below 60). The AI reasons from the actual CV text — it does not guess or make assumptions.
PDF and DOCX files are fully supported. Image CVs (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF) are also accepted — they are processed using AI-powered OCR. Files must be under 10MB each. Text-based PDFs produce the most accurate results.
Every role gets a unique URL that you can share on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, or job boards. Candidates visit the page, fill in basic details, and upload their CV — no account required. Their application is scored instantly and appears in your candidate list. Duplicate applications from the same email are blocked automatically.

Deleted candidates move to a trash folder and are recoverable for 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted along with their CV file. You can also restore or permanently purge individual candidates at any time from the trash section.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each account's data is fully isolated — no recruiter can access another company's candidates. CV files are stored in encrypted object storage. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
